Paul Turek, MD, former professor and endowed chair at the University of California San Francisco and founder of The Turek Clinic, has accepted an invitation to serve on the Cooperative Reproductive Network Advisory Board of the Eunice Kennedy Shriver National Institute of Child Health and Human Development (NICHD), one of the National Institutes of Health.
“I am humbled and honored to be invited to join this prestigious advisory board,” said Dr. Turek, a men’s reproductive health expert.
The Advisory Board is an external independent group that provides advice to the Steering Committee and the NICHD on the scientific merit, feasibility and the public health impact of proposed studies. Board members may also suggest reproductive medicine topics to be studied by the network.
